Townmark offers experienced real estate professionals with all the necessary tools to provide solutions for customers. The management style within the company enables each real estate professional to tailor a plan that will meet the needs of each individual customer.  Following is a brief description of our professionals:

Tom Colgan is active in land search and works closely with developers to locate land for development. He also actively markets office condominiums and leases office space in mixed use developments.

David Fine specializes in the commercial sales and marketing and has extensive contacts that he has worked with over the years.

Steve Hering specializes in marketing residential single family and condominiums.  He also offers Broker Price Opinions to banks and mortgage companies in order to help these institutions establish values on their properties.

Lola Oliver has been a licensed Realtor for more than 20 years and specializes in residential sales and marketing. She has been a winner of the Top Producer award for outstanding sales achievement.

Frank Raeon has been involved in commercial real estate since 1984.  Throughout his real estate career, Mr. Raeon has provided tenant representation, site selection, negotiation, and/or lease review services to numerous national, regional, and local companies.
